Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries: Austria and Luxembourg.
Shipping methods
We ship with DHL in Germany and abroad for parcel and letter sizes.
Items that exceed the postable sizes and weights are dispatched by us via a forwarding agent. Please provide a valid telephone number with your order so that the carrier can notify you by telephone. We ship carriage and insurance paid to.
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
It is in our interest to always adhere to the stated delivery times, insofar as they are within our control. The delivery times stated are for guidance only. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will dispatch the goods in a single consignment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
