Important measures to Protect Drinking Water

Unser Trinkwasser muss den Anforderungen der Trinkwasserverordnung entsprechen und jederzeit in einwandfreier Qualität und in ausreichender Menge zur Verfügung stehen.

Die Wasserqualität von der Gewinnung bis zum Verbraucher darf nicht negativ beeinflusst werden, aktuelle Probleme diesbezüglich sind uns allen aus der Presse bekannt. Unbefugten Personen muss der Zugang zur Wasseroberfläche im Brunnen, in der Aufbereitungsanlage und im Trinkwasserspeicher unmöglich gemacht werden.

Der DVGW empfiehlt im technischen Arbeitsblatt W 300, die Zahl der Öffnungen auf ein Mindestmaß zu beschränken. Folgende Öffnungen sind trotzdem notwendig:

  • Türen
  • Belüftungen
  • Schachtabdeckungen

Ziel der Einbruchhemmung ist es, das Eindringen durch diese Öffnungen zu erschweren und so lange zu verzögern, bis entsprechende Einsatzkräfte vor Ort sind.
